Gold Nugget Parade Float Entry Form

Please fill out the information below. Once you click "submit," you must continue on to the next page to complete your payment, otherwise you will not be officially registered.

IMPORTANT INFO TO NOTE:

1. The address is: 6848 Skyway, Paradise, CA 95969-3924.

2. YOU MUST CHECK IN BY 10:30 A.M. Road will be closed to all traffic after 10:30 A.M.

3. Volunteers will assign you a letter and number upon entering the parking lot. This will be your designated parking location and official parade float entry number that must be displayed on the drivers side of your vehicle.

4. Volunteers will guide you to your parking spot.

5. If needed, visit the registration table.

If selecting "Vehicles" above and your entry includes MULTIPLE vehicles, please note that the price is $50 per vehicle, up to five (5) vehicles, and each additional vehicle after five is $10 per vehicle. Please pay for any additional vehicles in the field below.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have fully read and agree to abide by the Guidelines for Parade Floats document. I hereby release the Gold Nugget Days, Inc., Gold Nugget Museums and its directors from any liability for injury, accident, or mishap that may occur as a result of my/our participation in the Gold Nugget Days Parade. I have read the provided documents, understand my obligations, and sign freely.
